By booking a session or participating in activities at Hit List Rage Room, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Non-refundable.

  • 48+ hours’ notice: Rescheduling is allowed without penalty.

2. Liability Waiver

  • A signed liability waiver is required before participation.
  • Participants acknowledge that activities may carry risks, and the business is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.

3. Group Bookings

  • Groups of 6 or more require a deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposits are subject to the same cancellation and refund policies outlined above.

4. Damage Policy

  • Participants are permitted to smash only approved items provided by the facility.

  • Any intentional or accidental damage to the facility, equipment, or unapproved items may result in additional fees.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must follow all staff instructions for safety.

  • Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or misuse of equipment may result in removal without refund.

6. Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full prior to participation.

  • We accept various payment methods. 

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
